基于能值分析的西安市三个发展核心区可持续性研究

摘要:
本文基于能值分析和城市复合生态系统的理论与方法,从生态环境系统及社会经济系统两方面,对西安市灞桥区、雁塔区和未央区2014年的基础数据进行计算整理,通过分析三个发展核心区的能值利用效率,排除废物流能值对系统的消极影响,构建基于能值利用效率(EUE)的系统可持续发展程度指标(EUSDI),确切评估三个区城市复合生态系统的可持续发展能力。结果表明:灞桥区可持续发展指数为0.1545,雁塔区为0.0906,未央区为0.0579。灞桥区能值利用效率为较高的94.81%,可更新资源较为丰富,但较为依赖不可更新资源与外部输入产品;雁塔区能值利用效率为较低的86.57%,社会经济发展程度较高,但可更新资源较贫乏,人口过于集中对环境造成很大压力;未央区能值利用率为较低的84.93%,该区可更新资源较少,工业生产消耗大量不可更新资源,“三废”的排放也严重影响了该区的生态环境。

Abstract:
Background, aim, and scope Contradiction between social economy and natural environment has become more prominent in the current regional sustainable development, the emergy analysis can rationally evaluate the degree of sustainable development of the system. Materials and methods Based on the theories and methods of emergy analysis and urban complex ecosystem, the basic data of Baqiao District, Yanta District and Weiyang District of Xi’an in 2014 was calculated in two aspects, which is ecological environmental subsystem and social economic subsystem. By analyzing the emergy utilization efficiency (EUE) of three developed core districts, the negative impact of waste logistics on the system is eliminated, the emergy utilization sustainable development index (EUSDI) is constructed to evaluate the sustainable development ability of three urban complex ecosystems more exactly. Results As can be seen from the data, EUSDI of Baqiao is 0.1545, Yanta is 0.0906 and Weiyang is 0.0579. Discussion The emergy utilization efficiency in Baqiao is 94.81%, its renewable resources are abundant, but more dependent on the nonrenewable resources and external input products; the EUE of Yanta is only 86.57%, although its degree of social and economic development is relatively high, renewable resources are poor, and over-concentration of population causes great pressure on the environment; The EUE in Weiyang is 84.93%, which is relatively low. Weiyang lack of renewable resources, and industrial production consumes a large number of nonrenewable resources, “three wastes” emissions also affected the ecological environment seriously. Conclusions Baqiao should make rational use of the existing nonrenewable resources and appropriately intensify its foreign trade; Yanta needs to take into account the improvement of ecological environment while developing social economy, and to coordinate the relationship between population and resources; Weiyang can be properly transformed from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry, and reduce the impact of industrial pollution on the ecological environment. Recommendations and perspectives The EUSDI constructed in this paper can take into account the pressure of ecologiacal environment, the efficiency of resource utilization and social economic development, which can reflect the system development more accurately, it has some practical significance, which can provide a reasonable basis for the government’s decision making.
